This includes maintenance of bank feeds, matching & recording transactions, asking you for receipts and invoices to support your expenses (hello, audit-proof books!), and making sure your data is reliable. I don’t pay your bills or ask your customers for payments. That’s on you, my dear. I will help you develop an efficient process for AP/AR.

I will revisit our pricing every 6 months to make sure the value we provide is in line with your needs as you grow.

I fully support our clients who manage their finances with the Profit First™ Method, which means I know you might have at least 5 bank accounts. It’s all good. I also have bank relationships for those who want to use this method.

I don’t ever want you to feel like you can’t reach out if you have a question or need to bounce ideas. All communication is included, but if I have to do ad hoc (extra) analysis or research to give you solid advice, that’ll be billed separately.

If you pay rent, attorneys, or other service providers for work in your business (as contractors), you may be required to issue 1099s. I’ll help you determine who needs one and create those filings for you.

I’ll also check on your annual corporate report (LLC) in your state each year to make sure you’re in good standing.

This includes monthly financial reports, a visual dashboard of key metrics, and a 5-minute loom video explaining your performance & financial health. ‘Cause the magic is in the debrief.

If you are an S-Corp or have employees, I will set you up on Gusto for payroll. You’ll be responsible for running payroll & paying the subscription fee, but we’ll manage the integration and help troubleshoot when needed. I’ll also extend a discount for the subscription!

For our VIPs, we meet annually to create a budget and will include a monthly budget-to-actual comparison for you so you can see exactly how you’re tracking against your plan each month and you can course correct.

If you sell physical products or are required to collect sales tax on your services, I will assist you in filing sales tax and tracking nexus. I use Tax Jar to set up auto-filing if at all possible. You will be responsible for paying the TaxJar Subscription.

If you have a physical location, you may be required to file Annual Business Property Tax Returns, listing out your equipment and leasehold improvements each year. We can assist with this if you are a VIP, or can be an add-on service with other packages.

After the close of each year, I will compile your annual performance into a slide presentation with charts & visuals to help you see your performance compared to last year! My clients LOVE this!
